Under general supervision, this position will:
Follow all of the Safety, Health, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements, ensuring personal safety, safety of others, and safety of the surrounding area.
Actively participate in the installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of production facilities.
Minimize well downtime by thoroughly understanding the cause; maintain and make regular repairs on production equipment to retain or recover lost production. Involve the appropriate Mechanic or Engineer when requiring additional assistance.
Troubleshoot increasingly complex, non-routine issues and problem wells. Discuss improvements and implement approved solution in a safe manner.
Identify opportunities and communicate ideas to further optimize field production, costs, etc. to assist with process improvement.
Ensure all new wells are ready for production, including tank batteries, corrosion protection, necessary personnel, rental equipment, etc.
Make sure daily activities, site conditions, and regulatory requirements are followed and maintained according to Company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least two (2) years of production related experience.

Partner with the contractors to design and improve software. Help plan and build internal expertise on programming and developing software.
Understand, apply, and identify areas of improvement by incorporating the principles of operation for all devices and instruments used by the I&E Techs such as multi-meters, pressure calibrators, temperature calibrators, RS232, RS485 communications, and 475 Hart communications.
Identify and analyze problems to implement effective course of correction action, and perform Root Cause Failure Analysis as necessary.
Read and interpret drawings, schematics, sketches, and specs in order to make recommendations for proposed installations and completed projects, incorporating areas for continuous improvement.
Follow all the safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and requirements, ensuring personal safety, safety of others, and safety of the surrounding areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

The Midstream Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of midstream infrastructure including Condensate Stabilization Operator, compression, pipelines, dehydration, and measurement systems.
Operate and maintain stabilizers, natural gas engines, electric motors, gas compressors, dehydration equipment, and auxiliary systems.
Performs basic operational tasks such as emptying tanks, refilling fluids and inspecting tanks and facilities, and overseeing condensate and NGL truck loading.

We are searching for a West Virginia based Community Relations Specialist who will primarily be responsible for serving as an EQT local representative to build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local officials, nonprofit partners, and industry organizations. Continually evaluate operating expense trends for water transfer and recommend specific ways to reduce those costs, for example, labor optimization, operating strategies, etc.
Research outside operations, perform competitor studies for best practices, and learn from the Company's peers. Network and make appropriate contacts to improve internal process and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job is performed in both the office and in the field work environment.
Approximately 20% in the office and 80% in the field.
This position may be subject to:
Exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
Extreme Cold and Heat: temperatures typically below 32o F or above 100o F for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions as wind, rain, snow, and humidity.
Noise: there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
Vibration: exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
Confined Space: work areas large enough for individual to enter, limited means of entry or exit, and not designed for continue occupancy.
Hazards: includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals, combustibles, explosives, etc.
HOURS / SHIFTS
Regular business hours.
Available for on-call rotation and responsibilities on weekends and holidays for urgent issues or emergencies during off hours, as needed.
