POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for opening/closing of the Wellness Center including turning on/off machines/lights.
Receives payment of membership dues or daily use fees.
Updates membership records, ensures that those utilizing services are current members.
Provides orientation to new members.
Assists members with machine use.
Answers general inquiry and telephone calls to the Wellness Center.
General cleaning of the facility including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash disposal, wiping down of walls, fixtures, mirrors, equipment and furniture, window washing, disinfecting, laundry, and refilling soap/paper goods dispensers. Keeps supply storage areas in clean and orderly condition.
Applies adequate safeguards in the use and storage of equipment and supplies for the protection of employees, members and visitors.
Participates regularly in education programs offered by the hospital and the department in-service schedule. Attends department meetings, unless excused by supervisor.
Knows and adheres to general hospital/departmental policies and procedures including infection control and safety policies, dress code, disaster plan, and confidentiality.
Performs other job related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Safe and efficient transportation of crude oil products via tank truck
Accurate measurement of crude oil using API gauging and sampling standards
Meet transport productivity requirements
Ability to operate a hydraulic pump system in a safe manner
Use of Symbol handheld device and computer system
Preparation of run tickets, vehicle inspections, trip reports, and logs.
Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
Strict adherence to all DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations and standards
Ability to adapt to schedule changes
Qualifications
Must be at least 25 years of age
Must have at least 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience, operating tank equipment or equivalent.
Must possess current Class A - CDL with Hazmat, Tanker & Double/Triple endorsement.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test & have current medical card.
Candidates must not have any DUI/DWI or drug convictions in a commercial vehicle within the prior 7 years
Must have no more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months and no major violations in the last 3 years
