I would say that as an advantage, if you are Spanish-speaking you can learn some English depending on the communication you maintain with the other workers, also if you are new to the kitchen I see it as one more experience in life for yourself.

I would say that as a disadvantage it would be to deal with customers, they should understand that in the kitchen we only do what the ticket tells us what they want in their order this would apply especially for online orders since customers always claim that they did not want their order the way I order it or it is simply not what he imagined how it would be and ordering the food again; but for free. Haha, I really have to say that I am young it was my first job interview and I only arrived through friends saying that there was a candidate for a trainer, I went to talk to the manager and he told me to wait for his call, after 3 days they gave me the green light to go and train properly, over time I learned several positions until I ended up staying in the kitchen.
