I would say that as an advantage, if you are Spanish-speaking you can learn some English depending on the communication you maintain with the other workers, also if you are new to the kitchen I see it as one more experience in life for yourself.
I would say that as a disadvantage it would be to deal with customers, they should understand that in the kitchen we only do what the ticket tells us what they want in their order this would apply especially for online orders since customers always claim that they did not want their order the way I order it or it is simply not what he imagined how it would be and ordering the food again; but for free. I would also say that the salary is not what is expected to work in the kitchen, I think that depending on the place it would be the salary, but "assume" that they hire you as a cook with or without experience they will put you to train if you have never worked in an anthony's depending on how they see you if you quickly get what needs to be done so your salary will depend, I have seen how many leave because of the amount of work that has to be done and sometimes it is you who opens the store and you have a double shift, they will say ok but you have a time of food, if there is but that only works if it gives you the time oh your coworkers have arrived on time and put up with that plus the steam that leaves the oven for $16-17H imagine that meeting a schedule of 40H does not work.
Really of my favorite benefit is the bonus of each year, I would say that it is almost the only good thing.
I like it when the bosses take charge (sometimes) when there is no staff with the availability to work on certain days, I admire how they know how to handle things so much to handle the cooking station and even when there are problems between the waiters and the customers.
I would say that to improve they would not place so many recipes in the kitchen sometimes the customers are very indecisive that with ordering from so many things that are on the menu, hey even I would take 15m to order a menu with varieties of pizza eh even new pizzas or other appetizers but in the end I will always choose the traditional food since thinking about it a shrimp pizza doesn't sound very appetizing
Haha, I really have to say that I am young it was my first job interview and I only arrived through friends saying that there was a candidate for a trainer, I went to talk to the manager and he told me to wait for his call, after 3 days they gave me the green light to go and train properly, over time I learned several positions until I ended up staying in the kitchen.
Kitchen it like quiet home feelings alike to keep busy with foods.
Not enough days work. Never get me more but.
Expensive foods take home when it off duty. Benefit people to investment people.
