Anthony dove, head first, into the restaurant business when he opened the original Falls Church location on May 21, 1972.
Since 1973, Anthony’s Restaurants has been inspired to provide diners opportunities to create shared memories with remarkable dining experiences.
To ensure that seafood would always retain that high-quality standard, Anthony’s opened its own seafood company in 1984.
When they teamed up with menu guru Jeff Neels, director of restaurant operations, in 1999, the trio had all the pieces to create a truly unique brewing/dining experience.

Ghio said the family shut down the facility in 2010 because “we wanted to concentrate on our core business.”
