PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and schedules maintenance of the facility and equipment, including cost estimates to report to superiors.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position requires daily standing, walking, sitting, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Construction type work may be required from time to time.
POSITION TYPE:
Full-time, Monday through Friday. On-call hours for emergency maintenance may be required outside of those hours and on weekends. Additionally, during major projects, in an effort to meet deadlines, work may also be expected outside of normal business hours.
A Maintenance Technician will spend most time at various club locations as needed. Offsite environments may be appropriate when relating to project or facility work.

Conducts frequent walkthroughs of facilities to ensure all equipment is in working order.
Oversee deliveries.
Assembles any new equipment that the facilities receive on order (Torque racks, etc.)
Possesses awareness and knowledge of emergency procedures.
Ensures high level of customer service.
Personal accountability.
Keeps in compliance with and stays up to date with all OSHA regulations.
Be available to be on-call after hours should any plumbing, electrical, etc, emergencies arise.
Be mechanically inclined and have an in-depth knowledge of tools and how to use them.
Familiarize with all systems, safety measures, policies, and procedures that Anytime Fitness puts forth.
Dress appropriately in prescribed Anytime Fitness uniforms.
Keep all contact with members and guests strictly professional.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess honesty and personal integrity
Reliable, professional, mechanically inclined, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Comfortable with being on-call
HVAC certification preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position requires daily standing, walking, sitting, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Construction type work may be required from time to time.
POSITION TYPE:
Full-time, Monday through Friday. On-call hours for emergency maintenance may be required outside of those hours and on weekends. Additionally, during major projects, in an effort to meet deadlines, work may also be expected outside of normal business hours.
A Maintenance Technician will spend most time at various club locations as needed. Offsite environments may be appropriate when relating to project or facility work.
