AOI is opening a new satellite showroom in the heart of Omahas design community in Aksarben Village and were looking for the person who will bring it to life.
This role is for someone who knows the industry, understands how relationships are built, and thrives in environments where presence, polish, and judgment matter.
As our Client Experience & Showroom Manager, youll serve as the first impression of AOI hosting clients, collaborators, and industry partners in a space designed to inspire conversation and connection.
This is not a reception role.

How This Role Shows Up Day to Day
On a typical week, you will be thinking ahead reviewing who is coming into the showroom, why theyre visiting, and how to tailor the experience to them. Youll ensure the space is always polished and on brand, coordinate visit details, host guests with confidence, and build relationships with designers, neighbors, and partners in the Aksarben community. Youll work closely with Marketing and Business Development to align our brand, events, and opportunities, and youll use sound judgment to represent AOI independently in a highly visible setting.

**Work Environment**

Job Description
Olsson offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As a Senior Engineer on our Water Resources team, you will provide high-level technical support and lead QA/QC activities within the team. In this role, you will advise on complex projects and apply advanced experiences to independently make recommendations and decisions regarding project design work.
This role conceptualizes and creates unique solutions and ensures delivery of elevated project designs that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-level project design and review of project documents and design quality for complex projects
Serve as a technical specialist, applying advanced engineering concepts and developing approaches to solve complexities
Perform QA/QC and ensure delivery of completed designs meet quality standards and project objectives
Conduct research in areas of considerable scope and complexity
Guide and direct staff on design approaches to fulfill project requirements
Work collaboratively to promote efficiencies and produce high quality work
Contribute to the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities within the team
