Team members will provide therapeutic programming, basic care, monitoring and ensuring a safe, healing environment while transitioning back to community-based services. Team members will also serve the community taking crisis telephone calls and troubleshooting situations and circumstances. Additionally, all team members provide ancillary services for the upkeep and running of the facility. Mental Health Technicians will provide the foundation of minute-to-minute care, Crisis Case Managers who will coordinate care, and Qualified Mental Health Professionals who will provide clinical assessment and interventions.
