The Hedging & ALM Associate will be a member of the Capital Markets Group and work on developing and implementing strategies that align asset portfolios with liability profiles. Your Role / What You'll Do

Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

The Department The Trade Operations Group oversees post-trade operations for the Financial Risk Management practice. It is the responsibility of Trade Operations to execute cash management transactions, reconcile cash management activity, and to ensure margin and collateral requirements are met. Trade Operations Group performs the independent reconciliation and verification of all trading performed by Capital Markets Group. It also directs trade matching, clearing, and settlement activities. Additionally, the group manages dealer and custody accounts on behalf of our clients, including account opening, onboarding, maintaining dealer records and general account administration and operations.
The Role
The Trade Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving efficiencies within the Operations team and leads the day-to-day trading, cash and reporting functions for their clients. The Trade Operations Analyst is a key part of a dynamic team that works closely with the trading and portfolio management teams and other stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify, perform analysis, and resolve trade and settlement breaks.
* Monitor the intraday and next day trade and cash reconciliation of client accounts.
* Oversee high level account balances and margin requirements; execute transfers to meet margin requirements.
* Work directly with counterparties, custodians, banks, and other interested parties to ensure all actions on the client's behalf are resolved and reconciled promptly.
* Produce and distribute reporting to clients and third-party service providers.
* Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal and external clients.
* Collaborate with other areas of support including Governance & Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets and Trading, Actuarial, Trading Technology and Legal/Compliance

Compensation

Work you'll do
As an Industry Solutions Manager specializing in Life Sciences Patient Services, you will play a pivotal role in helping Patient Services clients achieve their transformation goals. Your Role/What You'll Do
As a summer intern, you will assist the ETF Trading team in intra-day and end-of-day processes and activities for the trading desk, working with Portfolio Management, Operations, and Trading Technology. + Bachelor's degree.
+ 6+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle operations within a healthcare provider, consulting, or technology vendor environment.
+ 5+ years of experience translating requirements into optimized designs, including identification of design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance, and operations.
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
+ 4+ years of experience leading workstreams and/or small teams within the context of a larger project.
+ Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
+ Experience in one or more of the following revenue cycle functions: Patient Access, Coding, Revenue Integrity, HIM, Charge Integrity, Patient Financial Services.
+ Proficiency and experience with financial, billing, and reimbursement data.
+ Working knowledge of the UB-04, MA claim form, HCFA-1500, claim form and claim scrubber.
+ Experience with hospital and physician financial and patient accounting systems, such as Epic, Cerner, Soarian, SMS, McKesson, Invision, HBOC, MEDITECH, IDX, and Eclipsys.
+ Experience with tools that enable gathering insights through advanced analytics (Python, Tableau, etc.) and querying language (SQL).
+ Basic understanding of automation and machine learning techniques as it applies to healthcare.
+ Advanced degree in business or health care-related field (e.g., MHA, MBA).
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 to $265,600.
