Apartment Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Worker to support various properties with general maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and weather-related tasks. This role helps supplement maintenance crews during peak workloads, staffing gaps, or weather changes and requires frequent travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general maintenance tasks including repairs, equipment upkeep, and site prep
Clean work areas and equipment; prepare and store tools as directed
Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing
Support crews by supplying tools, materials, and operating equipment as instructed

Key Responsibilities:
Review daily service request reports in Yardi
Ensure service staff meets daily service request goals and responds to requests within 24 hours
Report service-related findings and concerns to management

Maintain open communication between service and leasing teams to promote teamwork
Review make-ready boards to ensure deadlines are met; make adjustments and notify leasing and/or maintenance as needed
Inspect property grounds, buildings, vacant units, amenities, and overall curb appeal
