The mission of the Leasing Consultant is to team with the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff in optimizing the financial performance of the property. The positive impact on residents is achieved by providing an apartment community with a quality of life that justifies the rents. The positive impact on investors is achieved by maximizing sales performance and conducting other operations to meet or beat the budget to maximize net income. Requirements: This is an entry-level sales position, no previous leasing experience required Sales experience preferred Office experience preferred The ability to commute to and from work The ability to pass a background check Minimum High School Diploma or GED Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills This is a full time position, Hours are between 8:30AM to 5:30PM 4 days during the week and most Saturdays 10:00AM - 4:00PM We offer a best in class benefits package!
