Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA is responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols, assisting in client intake and assessments, and the direct implementation of individualized treatment plans/behavior protocols. The BCBA is also responsible for providing direct supervision and training to staff in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior.
