Prior to Apex, Dave served as President of Rite-Solutions, Inc. and Senior Vice President & General Manager at Vangent, Inc. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Workforce Development and Education from Southern Illinois University. He also served honorably for 10 years with the US Naval Submarine Force and continues his affiliation with the armed forces as a member of the Veteran Mentor Network and Homes For Our Troops. In his free time, Dave enjoys volunteering with USA Hockey, supporting Autism Speaks, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Darwin has been responsible for overseeing integrated growth strategy and daily operations of diverse business groups with revenues exceeding $1.6B. He is a professional engineer with experience leading global business operations, business development, and organic and acquisitive growth strategies across a broad range of markets including water, environment, solid waste, energy, infrastructure, construction, and international development. He has successfully increased revenue and profitability by applying data analytics and growth strategies to improve operational efficiencies, manage risk, and develop business with private and public sector clients.

Jim Cochrane is a Chief Information Officer at Apex Companies, LLC and is based in Florida. He has worked as IT Director at General Dynamics Information Technology, Network Administrator at DMR Direct, and IT Director at pearson. Mr. Musterait is an environmental business executive serving as Chief Growth Officer for Apex Companies, LLC. Todd has over 25 years of experience directing environmental businesses and programs as a professional consulting services and industry leader. He has served in various corporate leadership roles most recently as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for AECOM’s environmental business. Previously Todd served as President of Ecology and Environment, Inc. He is an experienced growth strategist building businesses through acquisition and organically.

Todd created and implemented a turnaround plan for Ecology & Environment, Inc., a publicly traded company listed on NASDAQ, that led to the sale of the business to WSP in December 2019 at a 53% premium to shareholders.

Mr. Musterait received a Master of Engineering degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
