Responsibilities Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in right of way title experience and a proven track record in handling land database technology. General Responsibilities: Exploration Team Members (ETMs) will perform subsurface exploration duties using conventional drilling or in-situ testing techniques. Drill methods may include; auger drilling, mud rotary drilling, air rotary drilling, and diamond bit coring techniques. In-situ testing techniques may include cone penetration testing (CPT), pressure meter testing, and rock dilatometer testing. Work may also include the installation of instrumentation such as piezometers, monitor wells and inclinometers. Work as part of a multiple person team on projects. Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Environmental Project Manager: Provide technical oversight and perform project work. Write and review technical reports and proposals. Assist with project management activities. Mentor and train scientific staff and supervise work. Actively develop your own career growth What we're looking for: BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or other related field 3-5 years of experience with environmental services including technical writing and providing technical oversight. Ability to mentor and train staff Strong technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices 40-hour HAZWOPER certification. Light construction experience/hands-on skills a plus. Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required. Strong communication skills.
