Job Duties for the Cooks include but are not limited to : Check food preparation and kitchen to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices in accordance with company health and safety guidelines. Estimate expected food consumption, maintain an inventory record and discuss with management when re-stocking supplies is required. Verify proper portion sizes and consistently produce a high quality product according to the company standards. Prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes within the guidelines of the recipes and presentations. Must be able to work flexible shifts if necessary but you will always have two days in a row off as we are closed on Monday and Tuesday. We also close at 7:00 pm on Wednesday through Friday, 5:00 pm on Saturday and at 2:00pm on Sunday.
