Entertainment Technicians at the park are responsible for the operation and basic installation/maintenance of all show productions sound, video, special effects, and lighting equipment. Technicians will provide support for all shows, educational presentations, themed events, and seasonal events such as Fright Fest and Holiday in the Park. Installation of equipment may require working at height including the use of ladders, climbing scaffolding, and use of a man-lift.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
Perform daily operational duties to assist the department to include covering open positions, communicating show changes, schedule changes and other details and sharing information with co-workers and management.
Perform all assignments and responsibilities as outlined for a stagehand, spotlight operator, light board operator, audio operator, special effects operator, and camera operator.
Operate a spotlight, light board, audio console, video camera, and/or special effects equipment for shows and special events in the park. Will occasionally perform stagehand show scene shifts and other behind the scene duties for shows.
Provide basic troubleshooting and maintenance for scenic elements, sound system, video equipment, special effects equipment, lighting system, lighting fixtures or other technical components.
Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards through all assigned tasks.
Consistently set the example for following all park policies and procedures.
Maintain departmental and area safety policies and procedures.
Perform other functions as directed by management for the good of the department and park.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Knowledge of technical theater, including but not limited to: theater safety, audio and lighting systems, special effects, video, theatrical scenery and drapery, set decorating, scenic and prop construction, maintenance and repair.
College level experience in Theatre or related discipline or equivalent related employment experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings/days/evenings/late nights/weekends/holidays.
Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Be capable of successfully interacting with various entertainers, technicians, outside contractors, entertainment and park staff, and personnel from other departments.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Hands on capability to operate technical equipment and troubleshoot technical problems.
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions and in both natural and artificial lighting.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions. Lighting is both natural and artificial. Equipment used includes radios, microphones, and cleaning tools. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Days and hours will vary and will include weekends, evenings and holidays. Position will require close contact with Park Guests.

Title: Computer Technician Installs, repairs and maintains campus technology across all seven of the College's campuses. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoots and repairs microcomputer hardware and peripherals. Plans, designs and installs new endpoint devices and software systems. Administers and maintains software deployment systems and creates images and installation packages. Reviews and resolves service tickets for campus-related requests.
Responds to technical dispatch requests escalated from the service desk. Maintains an inventory of campus technology equipment, supplies, parts and stock.
Maintains an inventory of software and licensing. Works with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems when necessary. Troubleshoots network related issues and audio/visual systems. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Three (3) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in technical support.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree
Five (5) years of experience in installation, maintenance and repair of computer hardware, software and network equipment
CompTIA A+ certification
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, JAMF and Quest Kace SMA/SDA
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated knowledge of microcomputers and software applications, such as Windows 10/11, mac OS and Microsoft 365. Job Summary:
The Seasonal PC Technician: Coordinator is an entry level, on-site, IT position that provides day-to-day support, maintenance, and assistance for all Vail Resorts IT approved hardware and software locally. The seasonal PC Technician supports and completes a variety of tasks, including providing end-user support for computer hardware and peripherals, creating and updating documentation, and uses a work ticket management system to track progress and document solutions. Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Manager of IT, the incumbent is responsible for installing, maintaining and operating all IP and analog audio/visual equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
* The exhibit is conducted in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida for departmental policies and procedures.
* Install, troubleshoot and optimize IP AV devices including Hardware and Software issues.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and install/re-install cable as necessary.
* Provide basic network administration support including VLAN creation.
* Provide assistance with the rollout of AV system hardware and software upgrades and patches as those requirements arise.
* Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on AV system operation and other technical AV issues.
