Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and engineers to scope out parts, materials, and labor requirements for upcoming rehab cycles. Initiate and track purchase requests and lead times for critical components and consumables. Maintain accurate logs and records of ride train rehab status, downtime data, and return-to-service metrics. Use downtime and throughput data to continuously refine train rehab timing and scheduling models. Assist in coordinating vendor repairs, fabrication jobs, and third-party contractor work. Support the coordination of seasonal ride overhauls and winter maintenance planning. Communicate updates regularly with leadership and cross-functional partners. Help identify bottlenecks in ride rehab execution and propose process improvements. Qualifications: Strong organizational and project planning skills. Ability to understand maintenance cycles and mechanical/technical terminology. Basic understanding of mechanical systems, parts logistics, or ride operations preferred.
