Team leads & original workers expect new employees as well as Temps to bow down to them when working. If you don't comply with them they shun you & will do whatever it takes to have you lose your job or to make you quit.

The only perk is when you love to kiss up to management they will reward you with lots of fake appreciation,but if you're not a kisser upper they will ensure you no longer will want to stay. This place has a high turn over when it comes to workers.

Nothing it's all about company politics & lead employees wanting to be treated like God's.

How would you improve Apex Tool Group's culture?

You can not try to improve this company's culture as mentioned by Management on a daily basis. The moment you try everyone turns against you because they all believe that your trying to steal their job.

How did you prepare for the Apex Tool Group interview?

I didn't prepare I went in did the interview got the job, later on found out that this company along with its employees are snitches & hypocrites & will backstab you if you try to move up or if you don't kiss their ass.

There is no compensation for the regular person. Compensation is only for the original workers who love to kiss ass.
