The Family Centered Treatment Specialist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community, and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule.
Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Conduct ongoing revisions of Service Plan and is responsible for implementation of Service Plan.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
Make referrals to services and resources on behalf of the families and children.
Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports, and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
Ensure linkage to the most clinically appropriate and effective services including arranging for psychological and psychiatric evaluations.
Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members.
Monitor and document the status of the consumer's progress.
Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities to include audits, corrections and designated improvement plans and projects.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field is required.
Two years' experience working with youth or families.
Current Family Centered Treatment Certification is preferred.

Responsible for directing and supporting warranty administration, warranty analysis, problem resolution, and product improvement programs for all Astec Industries - Infrastructure Solutions Group products.
Deliverables & Responsibilities
Oversee the organization, management, & daily operations of the warranty functions.
Monitor and review in-process claims to ensure claims are being addressed and resolved.

The Pricing Manager serves as the primary liaison between the Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT departments to drive consistent pricing practices, develop analytical insights, and manage a team of pricing specialists.
This position requires a strong combination of analytical expertise, business acumen, and leadership ability to manage complex pricing models, ensure the integrity of rates within the system, and guide strategic pricing initiatives across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor the Pricing team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure department goals are achieved.
Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of customer rates, tariffs, and contracts.
Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness with company profitability.
Conduct high-level pricing and margin analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop and maintain standardized pricing models, tools, and dashboards for consistent data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations to assess the financial impact of pricing changes and ensure accuracy in revenue forecasting.
Oversee and validate rate entries in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and AS400 environments, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Coordinate pricing for new customers, major accounts, and large bid submissions.
Act as the primary point of contact for complex pricing escalations and contract negotiations.
Lead cross-functional pricing projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance speed, accuracy, and visibility of pricing workflows.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on pricing performance and department workload.
Support IT and system administrators in testing and deploying TMS or AS400 pricing updates and enhancements.
Ensure clear and timely communication of pricing changes to internal stakeholders and customers.
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or logistics operations; 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau; experience with AS400, McLeod, or other TMS platforms preferred.
Strong understanding of freight transportation pricing, tariffs, and contract structures.

QUALITY OF CARE
Coordinates accountability for the quality of services provided by the Cancer Program.
Collaborates with the Cancer Committee in developing, implementing, and reviewing standards, goals, policies and procedures.
Coordinates and monitors quality assurance and improvement initiatives in conjunction with the Director of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement.
Facilitates the coordination and integration of committee and sub-committee services.
Maintains liaison between other departments and other services within the facility to foster goodwill, cooperation, communication, team building, integration of services, and quality improvement.
Develops task forces, steering committees to effect collaboration as needed.
Assures that all activities of the cancer program are assessed, developed, implemented and monitored on an ongoing basis.
COMMUNICATION
Gathers and assimilates program related data from appropriate sources and disseminates same in a timely manner to the Cancer Committee and leadership team for evaluation, review and revision of goals and objectives annually and as needed.
Assures that the findings and conclusions of the monitoring, evaluation and outcome improvement activities are documented and reported at least quarterly to the cancer committee.
Assists the Cancer Committee in developing, publishing, and distributing the Oncology Annual Report.
Communicates on a timely basis, keeping Cancer Committee Chairman and Chief Nursing Officer informed of work progress, urgent matters, potential problems, suggestions and recommendations.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Marketing strategies for Cancer Program services are planned and implemented in conjunction with the Marketing department and the Cancer Committee.
Develop visibility, identity and accessibility of the Cancer Center.
Assists Marketing with development of promotional materials.
Promotes and markets the Cancer Program by communicating its quality and benefits.
Assist Marketing to develop telephone information and referral services and promote screening programs for persons with high risk cancers.
PLANNING/PROGRAMING
Coordinates the overall activities of the Cancer Program to ensure quality services and a successful cancer certification.
Monitors Commission on Cancer Program standards for modification and changes and report such changes to the Cancer Committee.
Participates and monitor ACoS special studies that measure quality and outcomes.
Lead the initiative in maintaining the ACOS accreditation. Facilitate the completion of the Survey Application Record (SAR)
Assists with and monitors the attendance at the Cancer Conferences including case selection and minutes.
Submits accurate cancer data in a timely manner to the National Cancer Data Base (NCDB).

Perform follow up activities in order to maintain a follow up rate as required by the American College of Surgeons.
