    Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Manager to join the Corporate team focused on opportunities to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC)! In this role, you will handle proposal activities, including assisting in developing win strategies and plans, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal outlines and compliance matrices, monitoring the progress of the proposal, guiding the authors in the responsiveness and content of the proposal, and editing proposal material. This is a full-time position located at the Beavercreek, Ohio, corporate office, with up to 50% telework flexibility. Responsibilities Coordinates and manages Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR), Task Order Requirement Package (TORP), and Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation responses. Manages approximately 3-5 proposals, with varying milestones and due dates concurrently. Builds outline and compliance matrices, document templates, and briefing presentations. Communicates clearly and frequently with team members, both internal and external to Apogee, on proposal requirements and progress Coordinates and manages kick-off meetings, storyboarding, writing sessions, and color team reviews. Assists with the development of non-technical sections of the proposal content. Edits proposals for content, grammar, formatting, and organization. Manages and coordinates the production, assembly, and delivery of hard-copy and electronic proposals, ensuring all proposal deadlines are met. Archives and indexes FOPRs and RFPs; supports pipeline requirements; and implements win-loss analyses. Leverages SharePoint and new software tools to help formulate content or access Apogee libraries of information. Updates and maintains boilerplate write-ups for technical content and past performance historical data. Consistently implements preferred tone, style, and theme, in all responses.
