* Implement and monitor OPS tools at local companies across initiatives
* Assist sites in maintaining their maintenance programs by utilizing Maintenance Connection (CMMS) and the asset health monitoring system
* Work with Operations Support team, Regional leadership, local Site Management and Production Operators to identify gaps in process, develop solutions and ensure sustainability across region

Description of Essential Job Functions:
Credit
Research credit history (e.g., collect personal/business data for analysis, run credit reports, etc.).
Perform credit research on new customers and establish corresponding credit limits. Provide existing customer credit approvals consistent with company credit guidelines.
Process all credit applications for terms and create accounts within company software.
Apply acceptable credit lines and payment terms to new customer and/or supplier accounts.
Request annual financial information from distributors and prepare spreadsheet analysis to establish credit limits.
Perform periodic checks and evaluate credit limits on new and existing customer accounts within the designated portfolio in line with company policy.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This maintenance mechanic will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following diagrams, reading operations manuals and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation systems, electrical components, mechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems
* Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems, utilizing knowledge of automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles
* Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and other control devices
* Conduct inspections and tests on machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions proactively
* Collaborate with production personnel and other maintenance team members to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout, arc flash safety, and other relevant safety measures, to ensure a safe working environment
* Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other record-keeping tools
* Stay updated with advancements in automation technology, electrical systems, mechanical engineering, and hydraulic systems through ongoing training and professional development
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred
* Completion of apprenticeship program or equivalent training in maintenance millwrighting
* Strong technical skills in automation systems, electrical systems, mechanical components, and hydraulic systems
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout, arc flash safety, and other relevant safety measures
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions
* Adaptability to new technologies, equipment, and industry trends
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed
* Endure intermittent bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping and reaching
* Standing for extended period of time
* Able to work under extreme conditions such as hot or cold temperatures, noise, dust and dirt
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Summary
This role is mainly responsible for the overall preventative maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of automated and non-automated equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned by the Site Manager or his representative. Other responsibilities may include assisting the plant personnel on a need basis.
Job Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
* Install, adjust, repair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production equipment, and special purpose machines as assigned
* Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, change parts, and complete tasks as assigned
* Welding, torching, and light machining as required
* Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance to plant structures
* Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition
* Test and troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, determine repairs, and follow through with these repairs to assure proper operation of equipment in a safe, timely manner
* Install equipment and/or electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning
* Dismantle equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools
* Replace and install parts as needed
* Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation
* Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
* Technical or vocational school certification or equivalent in training or experience
* Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step by step instructions
* PLC and robotics maintenance experience
* Mechanical aptitude and ability are essential
* Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
* Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, belting, mechanics, electricity, carpentry, or related field preferred
* Knowledge of CMMS system and its function
* Communication skills
* Be able to work with a team or independently
* Lift tools, machinery parts, and other objects which could weigh up to 70 lbs. each. Assistance is advised and available if needed for heavier objects
