The Estimator prepares estimates for various projects, shares responsibility for cost accuracy with the project team and assists other estimators and managers in all types of estimating tasks. The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale commercial construction projects. This role ensures that all MEP systems are installed correctly, safely, and in accordance with contract documents, project schedules, and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing subcontractors, coordinating complex systems, and fostering strong working relationships with both project teams and field personnel. The IT Analyst is responsible for providing end-user support to server and application support. This includes supporting design, development, implementation, support, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems and applications within 4Front at specific manufacturing and/or distribution sites.
