Pros of working at Apogee Physicians

Absolutely no work-life balance. What speaks volumes is the clinical team turnover, and concern or appropriate stress which is nonetheless caused. There is unequal treatment that just seems to happen, pretty experienced clinicians that tend to crack, and host hospitals who use the company's staff structurally or clinically inappropriately.

Cons of working at Apogee Physicians

No opportunity to be valued. Even the salary comes to no be as it appears when you consider the lack of meaningful or often any benefits.

Apogee Physicians benefits

Would say days off but those seem to never occur.

Pros of working at Apogee Physicians

I loved all but one of the physician's. I loved the work, and working with the patients was very rewarding.

Cons of working at Apogee Physicians

The PD (program director) had a huge ego problem and was terrible at discussing anything. If he didn't like you, then you knew it! The MPIC, was unavailable when you called her. Not very knowledgable.

Apogee Physicians benefits

Wasn't any. Insurance was WAY TOO HIGH.
