Local leadership works on the group for changes and whisking of life, not a remote group dictating how things are done. There is also a huge layer of support staff from local office assistants to credential specialists and an in house financial planner who is independent of any investment company
He is relatable, tuned in to the current issues and trends and invests in his team
Nothing comes to mind
Much better than other local companies with comparable jobs
It’s great
Being able to do my job of getting people healthy again without having to deal with all the other distractions. They take care of us and we take care of the patients
Absolutely no work-life balance. What speaks volumes is the clinical team turnover, and concern or appropriate stress which is nonetheless caused. There is unequal treatment that just seems to happen, pretty experienced clinicians that tend to crack, and host hospitals who use the company's staff structurally or clinically inappropriately.
No opportunity to be valued. Even the salary comes to no be as it appears when you consider the lack of meaningful or often any benefits.
Would say days off but those seem to never occur.
Very business like
Terrible management Just in it for the money Dont care about their docs or PIccs The management couldnt care less
Week on and off
