The Investment Engineering team is responsible for developing Portfolio Management and Trading capabilities that support Apollo's complex and unique trading strategies. The team is closely embedded with portfolio managers, traders, and partners cross-functionally to enable the successful design and execution of critical infrastructure. This team is hiring a Head of Credit Engineering for its New York trading technology team, to lead the build-out of the next generation of credit trading strategies. This position will play a crucial role in guiding and coordinating the team's efforts to deliver high-quality software solutions to the trading desk and will be responsible for managing a team of developers and engineers and will report to the head of Investment Engineering.
As the Head of Credit Engineering, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of quantitative, modeling, and credit infrastructure systems that enable underwriting, monitoring, and valuation across the credit platform. You will act as the technical anchor between investment, risk, portfolio, and operations teams, driving automation, analytics, and scalable engineering in support of credit decisions and portfolio management.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Set technical vision and roadmap for credit analytics, underwriting, portfolio stress testing, scenario simulation, and monitoring systems.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of credit quants, data engineers, software engineers, and model validators.
* Oversee the development of cash flow/default/recovery models, scenario engines, and sensitivity analyses.
* Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL), integration with external sources (financial data, market data, third-party vendor inputs).
* Architect and scale systems for post-investment monitoring: covenant tracking, early-warning alerts, breach analytics, migrations, etc.
* Ensure system reliability, performance, maintainability, security, and auditability.
* Validate/benchmark/monitor internal and external models; ensure robust governance.
* Collaborate with credit/underwriting teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
* Provide analytics/insights for portfolio teams: stress loss attribution, exposure/concentration metrics, scenario breakdowns.
* Present technology & model strategies to senior leadership, investment committees, and possibly investors.
* Oversee cross-functional integration: legal, compliance, operations, accounting, risk.
* Drive innovation: evaluate and integrate machine learning / AI / alternative data / advanced analytics where appropriate.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure delivery of the credit engineering organization to meet needs and respond with agility to changing business priorities.
* Work with business sponsors, develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for credit engineering spending and initiatives. Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for technology implementations.
* Attract, retain, and develop top talent. Build pipeline of talent within enterprise solutions technology including own succession options. Upskill the team on critical capabilities.
* Accelerate the development of high potential individuals by providing timely constructive feedback and mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience
This individual must have high IQ and EQ and be viewed as an effective business partner by their respective business peers and across the Apollo leadership team.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO), Global Business Finance (GBF) Modernization Lead will play a critical leadership role in driving modernization and transformation across Apollo's global finance organization. We are looking for a senior technical, hands-on specialist to handle the coordination of testing and release process for the Fixed Income pricing and risk modelling libraries and reference data. This is a challenging and high-profile role which spans the end-to-end software development cycle (SDLC) - including managing source code branches, preparing and delivering release candidate builds into testing, and working with QA, IT, trading desk strategists, and production support teams through the test cycle to sign-off, integration into consumer applications, and release. Located in New York, this role is a critical point of contact for desk strategists, technology and QA colleagues in that timezone, maintains continuity of SDLC activities in Follow the Sun model in a global release management team with colleagues in India and London.
The successful candidate will also help with improving our automated build, release, integration and testing infrastructure covering the entire SDLC across several million lines of C++, Java, and Scala source code. This will include configuration of Jenkins jobs, source code management tooling, and supporting trading desk strategists' use of development environment.
Most of the Fixed Income portfolio is valued and risked using these pricing and risk modelling libraries, which are used by many varied applications throughout the firm and have multiple inter-dependencies. This requires that we build the libraries in a consistent manner on multiple different platforms, and integrate them into the varied application landscape, which is itself constantly changing. Our ability to patch, test and release new functionality within hours if not minutes can be critical to our success as a business, and the successful candidate will be critical to helping us achieve this.

About the Position
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Channel Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across key distribution channels for our Private Wealth Solutions business. The Role
