What you'll do: • Apply chemistry, physics, and material science to develop and qualify composite materials and processing methods. • Provide technical evaluation and material and process support to composite part fabrication. • Perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions for material and process issues. • Create and execute test plans, write reports and input to specifications for materials, tools, and processes. • Qualify and approve equipment, materials and processes. • Guide material testing in the Materials & Processes Laboratory. • Coordinate with other disciplines such as Design Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement. • Travel to suppliers as needed. • Integrate new technologies and promote standardization across product lines. • Manage test/audit programs, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and incorporate EHS, LEAN, and Quality principles into your work. • This role is full-time 2nd shift and is expected to be 100% onsite. Preferred Skills: • 2+ years working with composites, elastomers, and associated processing techniques. • Hands-on lab experience with polymer chemistry analytical techniques. • Familiarity with materials such as epoxy, cyanate ester, bismaleimide, urethane, polyimide, reinforcements, and adhesives. • Experience with composite failure modes (structural and nonstructural) and failure analysis. • Experience in technical specifications, reports, and test plans. • Comfortable reading engineering drawings and using Microsoft Office. • Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations and briefings. • Ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Financial Accuracy * Review AR transactions to identify posting errors and submit timely corrections * Resolve cash application discrepancies using detailed reporting and root-cause analysis * Serve as a key quality control point for accounting accuracy and data integrity Dispute Resolution & Customer Collaboration * Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies, payment issues, and disputes in a professional and timely manner * Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and customer satisfaction Collections & Risk Management * Analyze and actively manage AR aging reports to identify trends and mitigate collection risks * Develop insights to improve collection effectiveness and reduce overdue balances Reporting & Data Analysis * Prepare and deliver recurring AR performance reports, aging analyses, and collection forecasts * Present clear, actionable insights to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making Process Improvement & Optimization * Collaborate with Business Development, Alliance Management, and Project Management teams to resolve client issues * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end order-to-cash process * Identify, recommend, and help implement process enhancements and automation opportunities within AR Month-End Close & Compliance * Support month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and aging reviews * Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and applicable financial regulations Required Experience & Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, or data analytics * Industry experience within healthcare, life sciences, or in vitro diagnostics (IVD) is strongly preferred * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills * Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve complex problems, and drive corrective actions * Proven track record of meeting goals and taking full ownership of deliverables * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams Technical Skills * Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting * Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools * Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts is a plus This role offers an exciting opportunity for an analytical AR professional to make a meaningful impact by improving financial processes, enhancing cash flow visibility, and supporting operational excellence in a dynamic business environment.
