Amy Katnik is a Chief Operating Officer at ApolloMD Inc. and Senior Vice President of Operations at ApolloMD Inc. and is based in Acworth, Georgia. She has worked as Physician Recruiter at Sterling Healthcare Management, Vice President Internal Operations at Coastal Emergency Service, and Physician Recruiter at Coastal Emergency Service. Amy studied at Florida State University between 1982 and 1986.

Bobby Ryan is the Chief Growth Officer of ApolloMD since 2001 where he runs all business development and marketing initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, Mr. Ryan oversees the strategic development, marketing, and branding, along with financial projections. He has worked with ApolloMD’s clinical operations team at over 50 facilities to develop physician-driven models in complex settings to ensure the highest quality service offering. Bobby Ryan has a MBA and bachelor’s degree from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

Evan C. Howell is the ChChief Clinical Operations Officer and Chief Advanced Practice Clinician at ApolloMD. Mr. Howell holds overall responsibility for providing leadership, direction, and administration of medical management for APC services at ApolloMD. Mr. Howell is Lean/Six Sigma certified and has practiced as a Physician Assistant since 1999. He received his Masters of Medical Science and Physician Assistant degrees from the Emory University School of Medicine, where he graduated with the highest honors. Mr. Howell received his MBA at the Mason School of Business of the College of William and Mary.

Dr. Michael Lipscomb is the Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer of ApolloMD since 2016. He brings extensive experience in optimizing emergency department flow, EMR use, and patient satisfaction. Dr. Lipscomb received his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, then trained in Emergency Medicine at The University of Michigan Medical School.

William Le is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of ApolloMD. He joined ApolloMD after spending his early career in private practice advising and defending healthcare providers ranging from privately-held hospitals to Fortune 20 healthcare entities. In his dual role as ApolloMD’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Le counsels the executive team regarding corporate governance, risk management, and mitigation, provides regulatory guidance (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, Medicare/Medicaid), contracting and is responsible for the continuing development of, and adherence to the company’s compliance program.

Alex Dali is ApolloMD's Chief Financial Officer. he has been a member of the ApolloMD finance team since September 2010, working in various roles including Corporate Controller, VP of Finance, and Chief Revenue Officer. He holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida as well as a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University
