Nicolas founded AppDirect in 2009 with Daniel Saks, and serves as AppDirect's Chairman and Co-CEO. Nicolas is focused on the evolution of AppDirect's product, investor relations, and overseeing the implementation of new marketplaces.

Before co-founding AppDirect, Nicolas worked at Bain & Company as a management consultant focused on media and business services. Nicolas holds a bachelor's degree with a double major in economics and political science from Amherst College. In his spare time, Nicolas enjoys outdoor activities and traveling to new countries.

Deb was previously Chief People Officer at Yapstone where she led efforts to drive hyper-growth through aggressive hiring, redefining processes, cultural transformation, employment branding, and more. She has also led the People and Communications functions at Epicor Software, Charles Schwab, Rearden Commerce, Loudcloud/Opsware, and Netscape. In 2019, she was named one of the year's Most Influential Women in Payments by PaymentSource. She holds a Bachelor's from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's from the University of San Francisco.

Prior to AppDirect he was the COO of social shopping service Luvocracy, which was acquired by Walmart in 2014. Prior to 2011, he ran Marketing and Analytics at social gaming company A Bit Lucky (acquired by Zynga). Andy started his career at Documental Solutions, which became the industry-standard SaaS decision-support solution for the defense industry where he was responsible for customers globally (acquired by IHS). Andy holds a BA in Economics from American University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Pierre-Luc joined AppDirect with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. At AppDirect, he is responsible for the global IT organization and strategy.

Pierre-Luc spent his career building teams to make a difference at the frontier of business and technology. Prior to AppDirect, Pierre-Luc served as CIO at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, where he transformed the IT organization from a commodity provider to a valued business partner. He has also held senior leadership positions at BRP, CloudOps, and Dell, and worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

Dominic Lee is a CTO, AppWise at AppDirect; Co-founder and CTO at Xendo; and Team Member at Orange and is based in San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked as Software Engineer at HP; Software Integration Engineer at MICROSOFT CORP; and Software Engineer at E*HealthLine, Inc. Dominic studied at University of California Berkeley until 2001 and SJSU.

John joined AppDirect with more than 30 years of experience in the technology and financial services sectors. At AppDirect, he is responsible for all aspects of the company's day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategy.

Previously, John was Head of FXall, which Thomson Reuters acquired in 2012. As the CFO of FXall, John helped lead the company from its founding, took it public, and managed its strategic sale. Prior to co-founding FXall, John was Chief Administrative Officer for Global Fixed Income at HSBC, and Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets and Syndicate in New York. John started his career at J.P. Morgan. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
