Mat's background is in organizational strategy, product marketing, product design, and growth hacking. He is also an accomplished graphic designer and entrepreneurial advisor. In addition to startups, prior to co-founding Appfire Mat helped run successful political organizations for mayors, senators, and governors including a future major-party presidential candidate.A former semi-pro baseball player and latin dance performer, Mat is also an avid reader, lifehacker, humanitarian, and the proud father of a delightful young daughter.
