What You'll Do

The Business Development team is looking for motivated and accomplished individuals who are looking to launch their professional career in the Tech industry and have a passion for Sales. The Associate Business Development role is designed to prepare you for working in a fast-paced team environment while gaining experience in various aspects of B2B Sales and Marketing. As a Utility Management Specialist (UMS) you will be working alongside a team of experienced Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Managers and Data Operations Specialists to provide outstanding service that drives adoption of Utility Management for Appfolio customers. Your primary focus will be to deliver accurate and timely resident submeter charges to increase customer satisfaction by being a product expert as well as a trusted advisor. The Business Operations team champions APM's strategic, cross-functional operating model with innovation, scale, and efficiency to achieve shared Objectives & Key Results. What We're Looking For

* Deep expertise in both classic (eg. Waterfall, critical-path) and modern (eg. Agile, Lean, Kanban) execution methods and the pros/cons and best-use scenarios for both including their tools, activities, measures, artifacts.

We are looking for an exceptional Legal Analyst to join our dynamic legal and compliance team.

What You'll Do

Assist Corporate Counsels in achieving viable and sustained success by researching, documenting, and communicating laws applicable to AppFolio's product and services and liaising with assigned teams.

* Partner with Corporate Counsels to research and analyze regulations, enforcement actions, and regulatory guidance applicable to AppFolio products and services.
* Assist Corporate Counsels with messaging identified legal risks and concerns.
* Identify and implement practical, novel, and creative ways to document, track, and communicate legal findings and guidance.
* Attend and participate in assigned business meetings, as the legal team's representative, and report back pertinent issues and information to applicable Corporate Counsel.

What You'll Do:
