Narinder is responsible for championing the company’s crowdsourcing initiatives. A co-founder of Appirio, Narinder brings more than 15 years of software and business experience and plays a key role in keeping Appirio at the forefront of cloud, social and mobile technology. Prior to Appirio, Narinder worked at SAP in the Office of the CEO as a part of the Corporate Strategy Group. Working with the management board and other executives, Narinder led initiatives on sales, maintenance and competitive strategies, as well as potential business and technology disruptions. Prior to SAP, Narinder managed R&D, sales and marketing activity as vice president and general manager of webMethods (WEBM) workflow business unit. He also previously led R&D for the company’s BPM, workflow, B2B and industry products. Narinder began his career with Accenture at its Center for Strategic Technology.

Alex Castro was the founder of Delve Networks, an online video platform, that acquired 280+ customers including the Cleveland Clinic, Prudential, Pokemon, Fidelity, Kansas City Chief and delivered 200 million streams per month. Delve Networks was acquired by Limelight Networks where Alex Castro served at General Manager of the Limelight Video Platform business unit which was formed via the acquisition of Delve. Previously, Alex Castro was at Amazon where he launched Mechanical Turk. Prior to that he was at Microsoft where he launched the initial version of Microsoft CRM and worked on Windows Client and Internet Explorer. Alex Castro occasionally writes about trends in the technology industry and as written guest posts for VentureBeat and Mashable. He has been interviewed by leading publications, such as the Economist, TechCrunch, Beet.TV, VentureBeat, the Associated Press. He is also a frequent speaker and moderator at industry events.

Rajeev Kumar is a Chief Customer Officer at Appirio and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has worked as Vice President - IT at MITCON TECHNOLOGIES INC., Global Head - Campus Hiring & Talent Acquisition Marketing at WIPRO, and Client Partner at WIPRO. Rajeev attended The Scindia School between 1981 and 1990 and Boston University Questrom School of Business between 2003 and 2005.
