Job Description
Cook orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes. Monitor food production to ensure that quality standards are met. Maintain inventory of station and order stock.
Receive and prepare food orders according to memorized standard recipes.
Coordinate orders for pick-up.
Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas at all times.
Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
Maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars.
Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cook.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
Other physical requirements of the position include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

We are looking for a PT Busser to join the Bistecca Italian Steakhouse to assist servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock all service stations
Set up and clear tables
Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
Assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
Ensure all equipment needed is in place to service guests
Perform all the duties assigned following company polices
Excellent customer service and professional demeanour
Clean and sanitize throughout the shift
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in fine dining environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of food and beverage is required. The applicant should be friendly and outgoing, showcasing strong work attics and have ability to communicate with coworkers and guests. The candidate must be able to stand for hours, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, also team player. Must have a valid Nevada Health and TAM Cards. Must be flexible to work any given shifts including holidays.
