Drive component and Capex readiness by ensuring part availability, quality compliance, cost alignment, and supplier readiness. Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams. Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality. Leading all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams. Ensure all operational milestones are met on time, leading the organization toward a smooth and successful product launch. This role will also support and lead the overall guardianship of Apple's capital equipment deployed on‑site. Review and approve capital equipment spend by CM. Drive CM teams-to transfer capital equipment across sites, maintain high traceability and usability of Apple's assets-to execute efficiency in equipment repair process to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing / operations or engineering related environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management. Proven results‑driven and action‑oriented track record. Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of leading multiple complex workstreams. Organized and detail oriented while leading several work streams. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (30-35%). At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,200 and $236,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
