Remote, at home. Great training, ability to move up
Love it, just cannot become permanent, everything doesn’t fix every problem, somethings you cannot help customers with due to company policies then when you get a bad survey it still fall on you, no matter how hard you tried.
Convenience of being home, see my family, full time hours, benefits, equipment provided, only needed high speed data.
I love the company and what it stands for
Customers got more aggressive over the last few years. But at the same time there was our regular customers that came in often which were really awesome people and was another reason I loved the job.
That it was Apple and I was part of something that helps the world, feels really good to be part of that on so many levels.

Very little room for upward mobility. Raises are low if you stay in the same position. Salaries are typically below state or national average for certain sales positions

Micro managed, call center, the culture is not fun like they advertise, they don’t like when you talk to others if it’s not work repeated, low raises.
