Material Inspections: 75% * Using existing aerospace knowledge and expertise to inspect varieties of finished articles to ensure conformance with FAA/EASA/TCCA Part 21 specifications and established quality standards, including customer requirements * Maintain material batch and manufacturer traceability information * Issue Discrepancy Reports and Unserviceable Tags on non-conforming material. * Monitor and follow up of storage conditions on all Spares material and initiate and perform required actions * Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and follow up with the Customer Service team to ensure correct handling and closure of the claim * Assist in the resolution of supplier non-conformities and follow up with the Supply Chain team and the suppliers to ensure correct handling and closure of the supplier discrepancies * Oversee non-conforming material handling and disposition of material * Handling quality escape notifications and perform required actions * Work with the Quality Department to ensure all documentation, calibrated tools, precision tools and equipment are in accordance with all applicable standards * Accept the responsibility for a rotating 24-hour "On-Call" shift schedule. 2. Your Responsibilities as a Sales Inspector: Receive comprehensive, paid training to become a Certified Waterproofing Expert and/or Certified Foundation Repair Expert. Conduct scheduled appointments provided by Master Services at times convenient for customers. Perform a detailed inspection of the homeowner's concerns, present findings and tailored solutions during the visit. Adhere to company procedures to ensure customers are fully informed and confident in the recommended products and solutions. Maintain professional and efficient communication with all parties involved and with internal departments to best provide WOW service to every customer, every time. Uphold company reputation and professionalism in every internal and external interaction.
