Flexibility, tuition reimbursement (not high though)
Low pay, after merger with Mark Travel lots of lay offs, all jobs are going to WI. No possibility to advance. Management and directors just fend for themselves, no one fights for good employees. Lots of jobs were outsourced to India as well. Health care - expensive out of pocket if you have a family. Travel perks are now expensive as well (if you even get approved). Overall, this company changes for the worse. Run, run, run as fast as you can!
