ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures • Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems immediately. • Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
