Requirements include:

Excellent customer service skills.
Must be willing to cross train on other products. Must be mechanical and have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must be computer literate, great with details, numbers, and accuracy. Must be punctual, courteous, and well groomed. A background, drug and driving screening will be required. LEAD TECHNICIAN positions may be available. Looking for mechanical people wanting to learn Appliance Repair Minimum 2 years Appliance Service Required or Minimum 4 years HVAC service, refrigeration service or commercial kitchen service or hot side experience. We will train someone with over 4 years of similar technical skills such as electrical, automotive electrical or refrigeration, electronics, advanced schematic reading, or similar. we will train someone with over 4 years of apartment or other maintenance experience

Sign on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience and management skills.

Pay: 18-30 per hour based on experience
This business is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the independent business, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of said business. Our repair technicians typically work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm , with overtime work often available. Our employees earn an hourly wage of $25 - $35, depending on experience. As an Appliance Repair Technician / Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient maintenance and repair of appliances and other equipment. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Ideally, you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with clean record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency to navigate iPad based technology
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
• Flexible and variable hours (no evenings or weekends unless you want to work)

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
