? Maintains a good working relationship and liaison with customers to maintain a positive image of the company and product.

? Maintains service area and vehicle in a clean and organized condition. Follows company guidelines on safety and operates vehicle in a safe manner.
? Completes weekly Driver Report and follows guidelines in the Fleet Manual.
? Follows all safety standards and policies set by manufacturers and company.

Advanced knowledge of soldering applications, metallurgy, and measurement tools is preferred.
Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of products is also preferred.
Physical Demands:
Vision correctable to 20/20 with full-color spectrum recognition is required to discern small variances in measurement, material, and quality. This position must be able to visually and physically determine variations within tolerances equal to scalpel sharpness. Predominantly required to sit, stand, walk, and drive a van as part of the daily routine. Routinely uses hands/arms to reach and manipulate tools. Salary range: The full pay range for this role is $23.00 - $38.00 per hour, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $25.00 - $33.00 per hour. Required Training: Each Renewable Energy Technician will attend mandatory five (5) week training and certification course at the start of their employment. Perform small cosmetic repairs that do not affect the blades profile and structure for a minimum 1 blade repair season under the supervision of a Senior or Advanced Composite Repair Technician such as:

Leading edge repairs that do not affect the blades profile up to 40 inches in length

Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of swimming pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks;
The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
Repair of pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing
Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment (preferred, not required)
The ability to manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed.
The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
The ability to spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products.
Renovation experience - Re-plaster or equivalent (e.g., PebbleTech ), tile replacement/repair, deck texture/seal, pavers install/repair (preferred, not required)

As an Orchestral String Instrument Repair Technician, you will be responsible for determining each customer's repair needs, diagnosing issues, evaluating the sound, and making recommendations on what the best next steps are for repair or restoration.
You will use tools alongside your own hearing to diagnose instruments, disassemble and reassemble instruments as needed, and repair or replace instrument parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience playing and working with orchestral string instruments, have a musical background, and will have excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Listen to customer's concerns and needs about their instruments
Play instruments to help diagnose potential issues or defects & ensure repair completion
Disassemble instruments, make repairs or replace parts, and reassemble instruments
Use a variety of tools to assist in repairing instruments
Occasionally be on-site for local events to provide emergency string repair services
As the company grows, you may eventually be asked to help apprentice a new technician
The PaySalary: Hourly- or Commission-based (negotiable). If hourly, starting at $17/hr. (based on experience). If commission, 45% of labor for customer repairs.
