Communicate schedule and quality status to Owner's Rep; ensure consistency and contract compliance on room dimensions, finishes, and more. Maintain updated and accurate plans at all times, including all revisions and addendums. Identify and report work deficiencies in writing to on-site personnel and the Owner's Rep. Help coordinate owner vendors and subcontractors, and attend inspections and meetings with construction personnel. Represent Thompson Thrift during required inspections and relay relevant information to the Project Manager. Generate incomplete work lists prior to turnover and participate in final walk-throughs for unit acceptance. Assist in completing punch work and support turnover of keys to property management. Complete special projects for the Owner's Rep and Director of Construction. Our Ideal Candidate for this Role: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction or Architecture. Experience: 2+ years in construction management. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Acrobat Pro; ability to read and interpret construction plans and assemblies. Travel: Willingness to travel for overnight trips (up to 50%).
