In all other markets, the base salary pay range for Consultant level is $96,000-$135,000 and for Senior Consultant level it is $110,000-$155,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. Distributes meeting minutes to participants. • Supervision/coordination of subcontractors' field installations • Project cost review, reporting, updating, and accounting. • Review of subcontractor applications for payment • Review/negotiate change proposal pricing from subcontractors and prepare change proposal pricing for self-performed work. • Change order documentation and associated cost reporting and maintenance • Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment. • Maintenance of As-Built plans • Quality control and project closeout • Monitor/document jobsite safety and accident prevention.
