QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree or higher in Optics, Opto-Electronics, or another equivalent scientific field. * 7-10 years of technical experience with industry related products, with preferred 3-5 years of experience providing technical support to Sales and Customers * Computer literacy including presentation, business analysis, e-mail and CRM experience. * Fluent in English both written and spoken. French speaking would be great! * Ability to positive management. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to create and deliver excellent technical, sales and business presentations. * Highly customer focused, constantly working to increase customer satisfaction. * Ability to manage the product life cycle of a product line in a technical field. * Current drivers' license that meets requirements of Company insurance policy and all international travel requirements. * Successful completion of background check to meet company requirements.
