Project Management Assist with managing aftermarket projects from concept through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. Assist with preparing detailed project documentation, including proposals, technical specifications, and test plans. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with sales, engineering, and field service teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. Train customers and technicians on system upgrades, features, and best practices. Continuous Improvement Research and implement emerging technologies and trends in control systems to provide innovative solutions. Develop standard procedures and best practices for aftermarket control upgrades and retrofits. Perform regular maintenance checks on control systems to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in control system design, programming, and troubleshooting, preferably in an aftermarket or retrofit setting. Technical Skills Proficiency in programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and HMIs. Experience with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.). Strong understanding of electrical and control system design, including CAD software for schematics. Knowledge of safety standards such as NFPA, OSHA, and IEC. Ensure all service activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
