Job Responsibilities includes (but may not be limited to):

Review revised cost reports with Project Manager and assist in establishing final costs.Attend and participate in monthly job reviews.
Work with Project Manager to perform a thorough and objective bid analysis using all applicable components.
Prepare subcontractor Schedule of Values and monthly owner billings with Project Manager and Project Superintendent.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management of Engineering or related field.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Viewpoint or similar) and Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
Apply a complete and proficient understanding of construction management, engineering, safety, scheduling, estimating, budgets, costing and procurement.
Analyzing and interpreting data.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Support compliance with project-specific requirements, prevailing wage, and public agency specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Assist with the execution of VDC goals and objectives and monitor and assist with BIM workflows, best practices, QA/QC, and value proposition
* Review and oversee the technical implementation of the VDC project setup process, including but not limited to integration with laser scans, and sUAS data
* Facilitate and support BIM meetings and design MEP coordination sessions
* Interact regularly with job sites and maintain an understanding of project VDC implementations
* Facilitate ongoing collaboration among VDC personnel including the sharing of best practices and lessons learned
* Actively participate in and support ongoing strategic initiatives related to VDC/BIM
Basic Qualifications
* Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience
* 2+ years' experience as a VDC engineer/coordinator, Project Engineer, Project Architect or a similar role in the construction industry
* Demonstrated knowledge and interest in current BIM and VDC software used at Clark including but not limited to Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Synchro/Fuzor, Assemble, and Sketchup
* Demonstrated ability to extensively navigate complex/federated models, design documentation, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
* Excellent knowledge of BIM processes used for MEP coordination in project delivery
* Computer proficient including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Self-starter with the drive to pursue continued education in VDC

The Physical Side of the Role: Given that a good portion of your day will be spent at a desk, you should be comfortable with prolonged periods of focused work, whether it's collaborating with colleagues, analyzing data, or developing strategies. The role demands effective communication and sharp visual acuity for reviewing complex documents and performing detailed computer work. While there are times for quiet concentration, you'll also be expected to move actively throughout the office and travel occasionally to various locations, including dynamic construction sites, utilizing different modes of transportation. The ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds on occasion (think a box of files or small office equipment), is also required.
Your Work Environment: Your primary workspace will be in our professional office, which has a typical, quiet-to-moderate noise and light levels. As part of your work, you may also be required to visit active construction sites. These environments are naturally more dynamic and can include exposure to outdoor weather conditions, louder noise, and moving equipment. Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. For this role the base salary range is $75,000-125,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
