Position Summary We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering, specifically in commercial construction with expertise in metal decking and bar joist systems. This role provides day-to-day technical sales support, customer engagement, project coordination, and process improvement while also contributing to the broader strategic direction of the company and the creation of a strong sales & estimating bench. This role reports to and will work closely with VP of Sales, with regular interaction with the CEO, COO, and other senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Technical Sales and Customer Support Apply structural engineering expertise to support the sales team in promoting joist and deck solutions.
