The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field of study.
Professional Architectural certification.

Ability to exercise their own judgment on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Skills to include; public speaking, ability to work as part of a team, preparation and development of technical documents, prior client involvement and/or relationship skills as part of the project team.
Functional knowledge and experience with AutoCAD/REVIT software and MS Office applications.
Experience with W/WW industry and building codes and standards such as IBC, etc.
