Join **General Dynamics IT** and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. The **Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System - Navy Personnel and Pay (NSIPS-NP2)** is seeking a **ERP Tester** to join their team.

NSIPS-NP2 is the Navy's single, field-entry, electronic pay and personnel system for all USN/USNR Sailors. The program overall will maintain Navy O&M and Research/Development/Test and Evaluation (RDTE) for Navy Personnel and Pay systems.

Duties Include:

+ Provides guidance for evaluating, analyzing, modifying, configuring, testing, and implementing ERP systems

+ Collaborates with business users and management to understand and create functional requirements to customize and configure workflows and software packages

+ Tests and maintains configurations to ensure the system is meeting business functional needs

+ Provides guidance for troubleshooting and resolving any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems

+ Monitors the system regularly to ensure the system meets the evolving needs of the company

+ Ensures proper documentation and user guides are valid and up to date

+ Develop and document Testing processes and procedures for the environment as necessary

Basic Qualifications:

+ BS degree; or 5 years additional years of Navy HR experience may be considered in lieu of degree

+ 8+ current years of direct Navy HR policy and law

+ Working Knowledge and experience with the Navy's Pay systems, DOD Systems.

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a current DOD Secret clearance or be able to obtain an Interim DoD Secret Clearance.

The Precise Team is currently seeking a senior software application tester. Our tester will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end testing for product releases, to include functional, system, and regression testing of .NET web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development of software test plans for multiple testers, test scenarios and cases, defect logging and reproduction procedures. The ideal candidate will also lead user acceptance testing and provide a key role in the integration of automation test suites. The candidate needs to possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities will include:

+ Designing and executing manual test plans and test scenarios for software components and builds

+ Converting business requirements into test plans and test cases

+ Working closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures

+ Defect/Bug tracking and reproduction procedures

+ Acting as a lead software testing resource on project teams, and interacting with Developers, System Analysts, Project Managers, and other QA analysts

Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years relevant experience

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with software testing processes and methodologies including designing and developing test cases and test scenarios based upon system requirements and specifications documentation.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven track record of successful management of resources and timelines

+ Team player that can work with minimal supervision

+ Knowledge of SDLC, to include Agile/Scrum

+ Software testing of web-based applications

+ 3+years manual functional/regression testing design and execution experience
