Maintain and refine a dynamic, prioritized backlog of requests. Lead end-to-end delivery of key initiatives as Business Systems Analyst and Technical Product Owner. Coordinate triage and resolution of issues and ad hoc requests. Deliver timely updates to IM leadership through dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings. Translate evolving business needs into actionable short- and long-term plans. 2. Project Management & Delivery Oversight Plan and execute initiatives using PMO frameworks and/or Agile methodologies. Manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risks across the project lifecycle. Monitor scope, budget, and quality; escalate issues when needed. Provide transparent and consistent progress reporting. 3. Business Analysis & Requirements Definition Translate business challenges into clear, traceable functional and technical requirements. Facilitate interviews, discovery sessions, and process mapping. Define success criteria and support adoption planning. Ensure technical delivery aligns with business expectations. 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as a conduit between stakeholders, developers, and executive leadership. Lead walkthroughs, demos, and working sessions to collect feedback and drive alignment. Communicate priorities and constraints effectively to diverse audiences. 5. Vendor & Contract Coordination Manage vendor engagement throughout design, development, and implementation. Oversee vendor timelines, deliverables, and risks. Support software procurement, renewals, and contract reviews. 6. Governance & Risk Management Maintain RAID logs to support transparency and accountability. Participate in governance and change control processes. Identify and mitigate delivery risks and blockers. Required Knowledge & Experience 10-15 years of progressive experience across product ownership, business analysis, and project delivery. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong facilitation and communication skills with both business and technical teams. Experience resolving competing priorities and driving stakeholder alignment. Background in client-facing or consulting roles preferred. Exceptional written communication skills, able to produce clear technical and executive-level documentation. Proven track record of delivering value-driven outcomes.
