Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive. * Participate in new software system projects providing technical support and consultation. * Perform gap analysis and recommendations on Commercial Off-the-Shelf software products. * Analyze software system enhancement requests and diagnose incidents to create solutions. * Implement solutions through source and object code updates, APIs, and data feeds. * Analyze database table schema and data values to resolve data integrity issues. * System Test product upgrades and support customers in User Acceptance Testing. * Develop system and process documentation suitable for business partner and IT audiences. * Analyze manual and automated processes and evaluate for LEAN process improvement. * Consult and support business partners in the use of enterprise report writers. * Maintain the application servers necessary for City critical functions.
