About the Role
We're hiring a Post-Sales Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise onboarding and solution implementation through successful go-live. You'll act as both a trusted advisor & product expert, obsess over our customer's success, and own how they realize value with Levelpath. What You'll Do

What You Bring
6+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years focused in post‑sales implementation, onboarding, or enterprise deployment role with a B2B SaaS product
Experience working with large enterprise/strategic accounts and multi‑stakeholder environments
Proven track record leading complex deployments across multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments
Customer‑obsessed mindset, providing consultative guidance on the way to successful launch of the platform
Familiarity with B2B SaaS product configuration, workflows, and technical integrations
Strong project management skills, with the ability to track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple implementation projects
Excellent client‑facing communication, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and outcomes
