    The Compliance Monitoring and Testing Analyst is responsible for supporting the Company's Compliance Management System (CMS) through a dual focus on internal compliance monitoring and third-party risk oversight. This role conducts second-line testing to evaluate adherence to federal and state regulations, internal policies, and control effectiveness. In parallel, the Analyst is responsible for key components of the Third-Party Risk Management Program, including initial due diligence, contract management, onboarding, and ongoing oversight to ensure external partners meet regulatory and contractual standards. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement efforts, this position helps mitigate risk, drive compliance, and protect the Company from potential consumer harm and regulatory violations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct second-line compliance monitoring and testing to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and the Compliance Management System (CMS). Execute risk assessments to evaluate the Company's adherence to federal and state consumer financial laws and internal policies. Evaluate third-party compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements through structured risk reviews during due diligence, onboarding and on an ongoing basis, managing multiple reviews in parallel. Analyze results and data trends to identify root causes of compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. Participate in testing activities related to internally driven changes in products, services, or processes as part of the Company's change management procedures or those due to regulatory change. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Information Security, Procurement) to implement and monitor controls that mitigate consumer and third party-related risks.
