Our PDI Analyst will provide support to end users of the PDI\Enterprise application software. This includes application testing of upgrades, training, trouble-shooting, resolving issues and eliminating causes of inaccurate data.

1. Support business users within the PDI\Enterprise application. Serve as SME for selected functions and roles.
2. Conduct testing and quality assurance for application upgrades
3. Assist with application system processes and resolve issues, including monitoring application interfaces and remediating batch job failures. Troubleshoot and eliminate causes of inaccurate data.
4. Ensure automated inputs and outputs for PDI\Enterprise are processed correctly and timely. Trouble-shoot related issues, remediate or communicate with development as needed. Follow up until resolved.
5. Develop reports and pull data via SQL for end users and audits
6. Preparation and maintenance of application support documentation
7. Ensure team members are appropriately trained to support ownership of their data.
8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
9. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
10. Complete other duties as assigned

Responsible for operating and maintaining the Computerized Bookmaking System (CBS), as well as working with up and coming technologies. The Application Analyst plays a role in service operations, continual service improvement, application system monitoring, application system maintenance, application build and upgrade support, and solution architecture and design.


What You Will Be Doing:



Level 1 identifies and resolves incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements. Recommends solutions, resolve problems associated with incidents, and updates problem records. Documents best practices for resolving common incidents and service requests as knowledge base articles. Develop relationships, trust, and credibility with customers and end users. Ensures processes are functioning through monitoring and acting upon them according to standard operating procedures. Monitors and audits application capacity, performance and resolves or escalates potential issues. Helps facilitate changes to applications using normal, routine, or emergency change processes to reduce risk of availability, performance, security and compliance of business services impacted by the change. Updates system configurations as new sites and devices are stood up. Assists in the configuration and setup of applications and supporting databases. May Perform testing activities to ensure delivered application meets customer requirements and that minimal UAT and production defects are realized. Participates in meetings and project team meetings and provides status updates on assigned tasks. Works collaboratively with development and operations staff to develop, maintain, and enhance workflows. Coordinates vendor support of applications.



What You Will Need:



Equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education can be substituted for degree requirements. Two-year technology degree. 1-3 years of experience in an application support environment. Working experience in providing technology support or working in a technical capacity. Working experience in incidents, problems, requests and service management systems. Working experience with projects in requirements, analysis, design, system integration and testing. Working experience in process improvement. Knowledge of gaming compliance requirements as they pertain to the operation of a gaming facility. Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques. Knowledge of technical infrastructure such as networking, data interfaces, and data workflow.



Essential Functions/Exposures:



Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Regular attendance in the office.


Application Analyst I

SAP Application Analyst - Intermediate - (22010563) Description The Application Analyst develops and revises applications and procedures to solve moderately complex problems. The Application Analyst also designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those applications. The Application Analyst is competent to work at most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities, and is responsible for ensuring standards and methodologies are followed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to be used in program development to meet the defined user requirements.
2. Prepares detailed specifications for programs of moderate to difficult complexity.
3. Prepares development time estimates for assigned tasks and is responsible for meeting those estimates. Updates or creates technical and user documentation.
4. Codes programs of moderate to difficult complexity, using recommended technologies. Follows the established methodologies and standards.
5. Creates test data to execute all functions of the coded programs. Executes program testing and is responsible for its accuracy and effectiveness.
6. Develops and maintains technical efficiency in hardware/software and productivity tools and applies this knowledge to assignments.
7. Ensures user requirements are met and development occurs according to design.
8. Performs the analysis research and resolution of production program problems. Responsible for maintaining, debugging, and modifying these programs.
Qualifications Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in Information Systems or Business Administration required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of three to five years of SAP Programming/Analysis experience required.
3. Working knowledge of one or more specified technologies required. Specified technologies should include Java, SAP ABAP, SAP BI, and SAP PI.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
5. Good understanding of the theories and principles of systems development and the interrelationships of systems required.
6.Partner with Business Process Owners to build/review functional requirements questionnaire and provide estimation for initial prioritization and later engage the team to assess the detailed body of work for effective Sprint planning.
